New UFC Belfast Co-Main Event Comes Together Quickly

Scotland's Stevie Ray has stepped up to face Ross Pearson at UFC Fight Night Belfast on Nov. 19, replacing the injured James Krause. UFC officials announced the new match-up on Thursday.

Ray (19-6) has won five of his last six fights. The 26-year-old prospect is coming off a decision loss to Alan Patrick in his last outing on Sept. 24. He looks to rebound from his first UFC loss and get the biggest win over his career when he takes on “The Real Deal” at The SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Pearson (19-12, 1 NC) is hoping to snap a two-fight skid. Coming off back-to-back losses for the first time in his 12-year mixed martial arts career, Pearson is in desperate need of a win.

UFC Fight Night: Mousasi vs. Hall 2 is headlined by a rematch between middleweight contenders Gegard Mousasi and Uriah Hall, which was also a last-minute change after a Gunnar Nelson injury nixed his original main event bout with Dong Hyun Kim.
