Travis Browne Suffered Broken Hand and Rib in UFC on FOX 11 Fight with Fabricio Werdum
Fabricio Werdum solidified his place as the top contender in the UFC’s heavyweight division by soundly defeating Travis Browne by unanimous decision at UFC on FOX 11 on Saturday.
Browne looked good early, but quickly faded. On Sunday, Browne’s coach, Ricky Lundell, revealed that the Hawaiian suffered a broken hand and rib in the opening round of the fight.
Lundell posted an x-ray of Browne’s right hand and an update on Browne’s post-fight medical status.
