With the 2016/17 Premier League season done and dusted, attention will swiftly turn to the summer transfer window.

Antonio Conte has already promised Chelsea fans signings as the title winners look to strengthen for a return to the Champions League.

Runners-up Tottenham face a decisive summer as they look to build for the future while the navigate their temporary move to Wembley as White Hart Lane is rebuilt.

FA Cup winners Arsenal must also think long and hard about potential targets with Arsene Wenger's future still up in the air after missing out on a top-four finish.

Manchester City have already made an early statement of intent with a big move for Monaco's Bernardo Silva, while Manchester United and Liverpool will also be splashing the cash to compete in Europe once again.

Here are the best transfer rumours from Sunday's papers...

There is nothing more Jose Mourinho would love than to get one over Chelsea in the market this summer, and the Man United boss may have found the answer in Ivan Perisic.

Sky Sports reports that United have entered talks with Inter Milan, but the Serie A club - who finished a disappointing seventh - value the 28-year-old Croatian up to as much as £52million.

Sky also suggests that Chelsea are interested in signing Perisic, and any potential deal may well lay down a marker for the rivals' respective windows.

While the France forward suggested a transfer to Old Trafford was a '"6/10" chance last week, Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has now said that the 26-year-old will stay in the Spanish capital.

It may just be a case of smoke and mirrors, but considering Griezmann has a buyout clause of £85m or so, United could effectively wrap up the deal nice and early rather than leave it late like the Paul Pogba saga.

The £85m-rated forward scored 27 goals last season to earn the interest of the likes of Manchester United.

However, Wenger and Conte are reportedly the frontrunners for the 23-year-old as the London rivals seek to bolster their front lines.

While Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea have all been linked with the France under-21 international, the Daily Express reports that AC Milan have now entered the race.

Milan are said to be seriously considering an official offer imminently, which means the London trio may have to put up or shut up in a potential bidding war.

The 24-year-old centre-back is likely to leave the Tigers this summer, and the Mirror reports that Tottenham and Everton will battle it out for his signature.

Spurs scouts have reportedly recommended Maguir to both Mauricio Pochettino and Daniel Levy, although the defender could cost as much as £22m.
