Tractor-trailer's cargo crushes small car in next lane

Dashcam footage caught the harrowing moment a large pipe, which was being transported on a tractor-trailer, smashed the small car in the lane over.

The clip shows the tractor-trailer making a right turn and the pipe slowly pressing into the nearby car. As the truck and pipe continued to turn, the pipe started dragging the car into the middle of the intersection.

The driver and passenger in the car were luckily able to escape.

The pipe continued to drag the car for several yards as the pair ran after it. Eventually, the truck finished turning right and the pipe let go of the car, abandoning it in the middle of traffic.
