Tigres Fire Head Coach Carl Mallette
The Victoriaville Tigres have announced the firing of head coach Carl Mallette after an 11-22-4 record.
Mallette has been with the organization as head coach since the 2020-2021 season after years of being an assistant coach for the team. He notched 126 wins across 248 games as head coach.
At the position, he won a QMJHL championship in his first year and was a three time assistant coach for Team Canada at the Under-17s.
Assistant coaches Mike Maclure and Remi Royer will take over until a permanent solution is decided.
