WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE to see today’s piping-hot, fresh-outta-the-oven episode of THE RUSH with Jared Quay! We’ll let you know everything you didn’t know you needed to know about sports. Other stuff too. But mostly sports.

It’s Monday, January 4, 2020, and here’s what Jared’s cooking up:

  • The Cleveland Browns reached the playoffs for the first time since 2002 with their 24-22 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, who they’ll face during Wildcard Weekend.

  • Aaron Rodgers led the Green Bay Packers to a 35-16 win over the Chicago Bears, the top seed in the NFC and a first round bye.

  • The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will face the winner of the wretched NFC East in the first round, but might have to play without WR Mike Evans, who injured his knee in Week 17.

  • Derrick Henry became just the eighth player in NFL history to rush for 2,000 yards in a season as the Titans clinched a playoff berth with a 41-38 win over the Texans.

  • PLUS: Steph Curry scores a new career-high 62 points, Jonathan Taylor put Indy on his back, Lamar Jackson put Baltimore on his legs, and Arizona put its season on Chris Streveler’s shoulders (SPOILER: it didn’t work).

THE RUSH will be back tomorrow! Until then, stay safe and don’t forget to check out our previous episodes here.
