Jennings made a court appearance on national signing day after he received a citation for marijuana possession on Jan. 15. He had been stopped by an officer after he was driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Jennings didn’t have his identification and was unable to remember his social security number when asked.

Jennings had 40 catches for 580 yards and seven touchdowns as a sophomore in 2016.
