Team Oakley Spotlights Justin Jefferson's NFL Journey

Oakley and its Team Oakley initiative is spotlighting Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson with a video profile highlighting the star athlete's journey to the NFL. Jefferson is one of the league's most prolific players and credits his Louisiana upbringing and two brothers for helping him become the player he is today. The short doc titled, Be Who You Are also highlights his high school career and elements of his personality that has added to his success such as his confidence and ability to embrace his roots.

Oakley's partnership with the NFL is now in its fourth season, where the Team Oakley initiative has built an all-star roster of players that are leaders in the sport and in their communities. The collective have been chosen for "moving the game forward" in other aspects of football, especially through philanthropic projects and putting focus on the game's inspirational messaging. Most recently, Team Oakley's off-the-field projects included the refurbishing of the South Park Recreation field and Jordan High School training room in Los Angeles.

Team Oakley's newest talents include San Francisco 49ers’ Deebo Samuel, Seattle Seahawks’ DK Metcalf, Minnesota Vikings’ Justin Jefferson and New York Jets’ Garrett Wilson. They also join current members Patrick Mahomes II, Lamar Jackson, Juju Smith-Schuster, Derwin James and Aaron Jones.
