Sydney Sweeney was living her very best life when she celebrated her 26th birthday earlier this month.
Sydney loves getting active outdoors, and totally crushes it on the waterskis.
Happy Birthday, Sydney Sweeney! The Euphoria actress celebrated her 26th birthday this year with a 1980s prom-themed party, and it was just as epic as it sounds. For the big event, Sydney wore a gorgeous, pink, satin minidress with matching pink heels, which highlighted her super strong legs.
One of Sydney's besties, Camila Mendes, also shared snaps from the party, where both ladies gave a peek of their toned booties under their poofy dresses.
"will you go to prom with me," Sydney captioned her pics. Her famous friends were super quick to hype Sydney up in the comments section. "Happy birthday gorg," Paris Hilton commented, and singer Anitta wrote, "Such a cool party."
She also shared a montage video from the night, too.
And here's Camila's post, in case you missed it:
If you're wondering what Sydney does to get so sculpted, Women's Health is here to fill you in. For starters, Sydney has practiced mixed martial arts (MMA) for years. “I’m trained in mixed martial arts,” she previously told Marie Claire. “I started when I was 14 and did my first competition at 18. It was a grappling competition against all guys a weight category above me, and I got first place.”
Daily movement, which includes taking care of her dog, Tank, also gets Sydney's blood pumping. The star likes to take her cute pooch for two-mile walks during the day. “If I’m feeling really motivated, I’ll run,” she told Bustle.
And if she has time on her hands between busy shoots, Sydney will squeeze in an at-home workout. “If I have an hour, I’ll do a workout video at home, like a DOGPOUND one,” she said. “Sometimes it’s hard if I’m missing equipment, but it’s doable.”
But mostly, Sydney likes getting active outdoors. And she can thank her love of waterskiing for her epic leg and core strength. I mean, check out this super strong video of Sydney absolutely crushing it out on the water. If you've ever tried waterskiing, you'll know that your quads, glutes, and core get a serious workout.
One workout Sydney *doesn't* love? Yoga. “I've tried to get into yoga, but my mind just races too much so I can't get there yet,” she shared with Yahoo Life.
Sounds absolutely delish, Sydney!
