WNBA legend Sue Bird and 10-time NBA All-Star Carmelo Anthony know a thing about performing under pressure, so it's no surprise Moët & Chandon tapped the two to join Beverly Hills-based jeweler Jason and fashion designer Don C as the faces of the "Greatness Under Pressure" campaign.

Joining the likes of LeBron James and Michael Jordan on the top-10 all-time NBA scorer list, Moët & Chandon credits Anthony for his relentless desire to succeed and create a prosperous life for himself, family, and future generations of athletes and activists. His non-profit the Carmelo Anthony Foundation works to positively impact the lives of those living in under-served communities through outreach programs and donations.

As a board member of the National Basketball Social Justice Coalition, Anthony remains a leading voice in the league and the larger fight for social justice.

"My hope is that through this campaign, people will realize that it’s our character, our community, and the obstacles we overcome that make us truly great,” Anthony said. (Photo by Moët & Chandon)

Speaking of social justice, there hasn't been a moment in the struggle for racial equality that Seattle Storm point guard Sue Bird hasn't actively uplifted the efforts of the Black community. When she's not extending her reign as the WNBA's all-time assist leader, you can undoubtedly find the 40-year-old using her platform to advocate for universal healthcare and focusing on important storytelling through Togethxr, the media and commerce company she founded with snowboarder Chloe Kim, swimmer Simone Manuel and USWNT veteran Alex Morgan.

"For me, how you handle the lead-up to a championship is what’s important," Bird said. "It's the hard work, discipline and time you put in that define greatness. Of course, with all of this comes taking time to celebrate the milestone moments, no matter how big or small."

The official champagne of the NBA, Moët & Chandon are always on hand for Finals celebrations, record-breaking triumphs and anything else that warrants commemorating. For those reasons and more, honoring players who have persisted under stress comes second nature to the centuries-old brand.

"Each luminary has had a unique career path, and we are elevating their stories knowing that Moët & Chandon, as well as the NBA, have a shared history of rising to greatness in the face of high-pressure moments," Anne-Sophie Stock, U.S. Vice President at Moët & Chandon said in the release. "In this campaign, we not only highlight the crowning moments, but we celebrate the journey, including all of the obstacles and accomplishments we achieve along the way."

As the NBA nears its end of the season and the WNBA gears up for an All-Star game next month, you can fully expect Moët & Chandon to be no more than an arm's reach away for both occasions.
