Strasbourg predicted XI v Lens: Mamadou Sarr out, Andrey Santos to start
Mamadou Sarr is out of RC Strasbourg Alsace’s fixture against RC Lens with a thigh injury. The centre-back, who joined from Olympique Lyonnais in the summer, is expected to be replaced by Abakar Sylla in what may be the only change to the side that beat Olympique de Marseille last weekend.
Liam Rosenior’s side are in top form currently and the manager is therefore expected to trust in (almost) the same set of players against Lens. That means that Djordje Petrovic, who impressed against Marseille, will keep his place in the Strasbourg goal against Lens.
Diego Moreira will continue to function in what is becoming an increasingly familiar role at left-wing-back; Andrey Santos will start in the midfield and Sébastien Nanasi will partner Emanuel Emegha up front.
