Steve Downie is currently an unrestricted free agent in the NHL. His last stop was with the Arizona Coyotes in 2015-16, where he played 26 games after stints with the Philadelphia Flyers and Pittsburgh Penguins.

He was waived in Jan. 2016, and clearly there are some lingering feelings about the Coyotes in the aftermath – not only in the way they treated Downie, but the way they treated his teammate John Scott.

So Downie went off on an epic Twitter rant about the Coyotes. And here it is:

In fairness, the guy behind much of this, GM Don Maloney, is not longer a member of the organization. And, apparently, Downie never will be again either.
