Follow stats, scores & play-by-play from Kansas City Royals vs. Yankees ALDS Game 1
A familiar rivalry has been renewed as Game 1 of the ALDS gets underway in New York.
It’s the Kansas City Royals against the “frickin’ New York Yankees,” as George Brett put it, and Game 1 will get started at 5:38 p.m. Central at Kauffman Stadium.
For those of you who followed the team during the 2014 and 2015 playoff runs, that’s 17:38, military time. (How’s that for a good omen?)
Today’s Royals game, live from Yankee Stadium, will be broadcast on TBS and Max. You can follow the action with stats and score updates here.
