Step aside, Odell Beckham Jr.

South Dakota held its annual spring game on Friday night, and freshman wide receiver Dakarai Allen completely stole the show. After breaking deep down field, Allen channeled his inner OBJ and pulled down this insane one-handed grab.

Seriously, that catch looks nearly identical to Beckham’s one-handed touchdown catch against the Dallas Cowboys in 2014 that nearly broke the internet and put Beckham on the map. To this day, many people consider that catch to be one of the greatest catches of all time.

Allen finished last season with 22 catches for 267 yards and four touchdowns for the Coyotes, starting the final five games of the year.

Unfortunately, though, it was just a scrimmage on Friday, and that catch in no way counts for anything other than a great highlight. But if Allen can repeat that catch this fall, he may just end up giving the Giants receiver a run for his money.
