Grab your stilettos and break out the Champagne, because the women of Selling Sunset are coming back for season 5!

Netflix's opulent reality show chronicles the (sometimes dramatic) lives of the real estate agents of The Oppenheim Group in West Hollywood. And even though season 4 just droped on November 24, Netflix has already greenlit Season 5.

Here’s everything you need to know about the next two seasons.

It’s really happening.

Netflix renewed the series for seasons 4 and 5 back in March. Excellent news for real estate, design, and fashion enthusiasts around the world! Two whole glorious seasons!

The usual characters are coming back.

Obviously, the regulars have to come back. According to Netflix, joining the Oppenheim brothers are Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald plus her husband Romain Bonnet, Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, and Davina Potratz.

No *official* word on whether season 4 newbies Emma Hernan and Vanessa Villela will stay on. But my detective skills show that Vanessa posted while she was filming the reality show in October, so I think we’ll be seeing our new faves back on the silver screen!

It will be viewers’ first look at Jason and Chrishell’s relationship.

While avid viewers have no doubt seen the Jason and Chrishell relationship blossom on Instagram (it is truly shocking every time!) they’ll have to wait another season to see it on camera.

Chrishell’s bestie Mary spilled the beans to Metro. Mary, as you may recall, also dated Jason and co-parents dogs Zelda and Niko with him. These two furballs have a lavish birthday party in season 4 that is just *chef’s kiss*

"Well, you’re definitely going to see a relationship divide, that you wouldn’t expect and things that have happened where it’s just shocking," Mary told Metro. "Without giving away too much, it’s hard to, it’s hard to say— to explain it. But it’s gonna be pretty shocking to see some of the things that have happened. I think Jason and Chrishell came out with their relationship in between seasons four and five. So, you won’t see that on season four, but you will in season five."

While this may be well and true, it seems to my eyeballs the ~feels~ were percolating back in season 4. Just watch Jason’s face every time Chrishell talks to a man that is not his beloved brother Brett. Salty to say the least!

The cast heads to Greece and Italy.

Chrishell and Jason infamously went IG official while vacationing in Capri, Italy with Brett, his boo (who really looks like a tatted-up Mary, no?), Mary, and Romaine. Chrishell iconically captioned the announcement, “the JLo effect,” a nod to the popstar’s glorious yacht photo announcement of the rekindling of Bennifer.

But it seems more of the cast jetted off to Greece to meet up with Heather and Amanza after the announcement. Christine is noticeably absent from all of this. Safe to say she is on the outs with this crew, though she is still filming, according to her Twitter.

There’s a wedding and a baby.

As announced in season 4, Maya is pregnant! So we will likely see the birth of her third child in season 5.

Don’t hold your breath for wedding footage of Heather and new hubby, HGTV star Tarek El Moussa, on Netflix, however. The couple got married at a winery in Santa Barbara in October—and filmed the lead up for a Discovery+ special called Tarek and Heather: The Big I Do.
