See Shay Mitchell Totally Slay With Her 🔥 Booty In A Naked Dress At Cannes

There are few summer events more exciting than the Cannes Film Festival. From the fashion moments to the footage of everyone's favorite stars lazing on yachts, there's enough sunny content to fulfill anyone's glam dreams. This week, Shay Mitchell treated her fans to an iconic moment, where she became the latest Hollywood celeb to absolutely rock a see-through, naked dress.

Shay, 36, wore a custom gown by Cult Gaia that showed off her toned abs, legs, arms, and everything in between. Long story short, the Pretty Little Liars star looked seriously strong. She dropped a photo dump on Instagram for everyone to enjoy:

Shay’s followers were very into her look, and let the actress know in the comments section. “Beyond,” commented Remi Bader. Other followers added flame emojis aplenty, which definitely summarizes this fashion moment.

If you’re wondering how to get Shay Mitchell-level strong for your next star-studded event, you’ve come to the right place! Shay has shared her wellness secrets with Women’s Health in the past, dishing on everything from her fave workouts to her diet routines.

The first thing to know is that Shay has a partnership with Openfit and swears by the app. She works out with her friend Stephanie Shepherd at least five days a week using the app’s programs. The classes include a mix of cardio, strength training, and HIIT workouts (think things like jump squats, arm raises, leg raises, and squat presses).

“It changed everything,” she said. “I had way more energy; I don’t have five cups of coffee anymore. I can sound preachy when I’m talking about it, but it totally altered my year."

Shay also dropped an abs workout on IG that looks pretty darn intense. In the shots, she holds a plank while doing knee circles on a glider. And, perhaps most impressive of all, she manages to make it look easy and even a bit...elegant?

When it comes to her nutritional goals, Shay keeps it pretty simple. She has the same thing for breakfast every day. And get this...she found the recipe on TikTok! Stars, they’re just like us.

"I’m the biggest fan of this egg quesadilla I saw on TikTok. I never get sick of it. I know you didn’t ask me how to make it, but I’m going to tell you!" Shay said. "You scramble the eggs, you put them in a pan, and then you put the tortilla on top of it. You flip it, and it’s perfectly even, and then you can get crazy with what else you put in it. I’ll usually add spinach, cheese, and mushrooms on top. With a smoothie after a workout, it’s super filling."

Lunch is usually a cauliflower or broccoli crust pizza with arugula, spinach, and a bit of ranch. At dinnertime, Shay said she keeps things simple, prepping fish and a sweet potato or pasta with a salad.

"I've found healthy recipes that I can do that are super simple because I'm not a chef by any means, but I do love food," Shay explained. "Dinner is, like, a fish, maybe a sweet potato or a pasta, and then l always have a salad there too."

Her favorite dinner recipe at the moment? Sea bass with a paprika, cayenne, and garlic rub, cooked in the oven for 45 minutes. "It's something that's so easy, and then I’ll accompany it with a salad," Shay explains. "My salads have gotten elaborate for me: I'm cutting up green apples, and a little bit of pomegranate, and fennel. It sounds crazy but it's so good."

When Shay isn’t getting in her greens, she loves to treat herself with some ice cream. Shay knows it's all about balance. Love to see her thriving!
