Schedule unveiled for Kings, Warriors, Lakers, Heat at California Classic in San Francisco

Schedules were unveiled Wednesday for the fourth California Classic, a four-team summer league event featuring the Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat.

The California Classic will be held outside of Sacramento for the first time as the two-day event moves to San Francisco. Each team will play two games July 2-3 at Chase Center, the home of the Warriors.

The Lakers will play the Heat in the first game at 2 p.m. on July 2. The Kings will face the Warriors in the day’s second game at 4:30 p.m.

The Kings will play the Heat in the early game at 2 p.m. on July 3. The Warriors will face the Lakers in the late game at 4:30 p.m.

The California Classic, which was founded in 2018, was previously held at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. This year’s event will feature rookies from the 2022 NBA draft along with second-year players and other NBA hopefuls. The Kings will have the No. 4 pick in the draft after moving up in Tuesday’s draft lottery.
