Ryan Friedkin takes over CEO position ad interim
Roma are yet to appoint a new CEO following the exit of Lina Souloukou.
The Greek executive’s decision to resign from her post has forced the capital club’s ownership to begin the search for a new replacement.
In the meantime, Corriere dello Sport confirms that club attorney Lorenzo Vitali will not be taking over Souloukou’s duties temporary.
Instead, it will be vice-president Ryan Friedkin who will assume the CEO position ad interim.
Additionally, the newspaper also writes that Roma will also be looking for a executive who comes from the world of football and who can act as a liaison between the team and the club.
Ideally, Roma would like two separate figures to cover commercial and sporting duties.
