Is Ronda Rousey Pregnant? Dana White Squashes the Rumor

UFC president Dana White's job is never ending, and no day is ever the same. On Thursday night, White spent his time squashing a pregnancy rumor about one of the biggest stars his fight promotion has ever known, Ronda Rousey.

In a tweet earlier in the day, Cris “Cyborg” Justino, who is a longtime Rousey rival, said that she kept hearing that the former UFC champion was pregnant, and if so, “congrats.”

Rousey had minor knee surgery in June, which typically wouldn't keep her out of the Octagon for the remainder of he year, but as time goes by, it's looking like she might not return until early 2017. Someone put the timing together and decided the knee surgery could be a cover up for Rousey being pregnant, and Cyborg was apparently buying into it.

White, however, told TMZ Sports that he spoke to Rousey on the phone and she assured him that the rumor is unfounded. She is not pregnant.

There has been talk of targeting a Rousey return at UFC 205, but with no public word on when she intends to step back into the Octagon, the November date appears highly questionable.
