Ron DeSantis in Beaufort County: What to know ahead of Friday’s campaign tour stop

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, one of the leading Republican presidential candidates alongside former president Donald Trump, will begin his tour across several South Carolina venues in Beaufort County tomorrow morning.

DeSantis will make his first appearance at the Okatie Ale House, located at 25 William Pope Drive, between the Hampton Inn and Suites and Candlewood Suites. Doors open at 8 a.m. and the event will begin at 9 a.m., according to DeSantis’ campaign.

The event was originally scheduled at Beaufort Academy, but the venue was changed early this week. If you registered to attend the event before the change in venue, you do not need to register again, your ticket is still valid.

Attendees should plan to arrive early, as parking is limited. The event will end around 10:30 a.m., according to DeSantis’ campaign.
