Roma’s new psychologist Tim Coates leaves the capital club after only 20 days.

Having arrived on a trial period at the beginning of the month, Coates was seen alongside the team for the first time on November 10, when he watched from the Giallorossi bench during the 3-2 defeat to Bologna.

Introduced to Trigoria by Mark Sertori, the club’s head of performance, he had a contract ready until 2026, before the club backtracked and ended this brief experience, writes Il Romanista,

Coates was brought in to help change the tide as Roma struggled under Ivan Juric.

However, the English psychologist was let go only 20 days into his new adventure in Italy.
