Roma mend relationship with Zalewski, hold positive talks over contract renewal

Roma and Nicola Zalewski are back on speaking terms a brief period of tension.

The player had been recently frozen out of the squad following his decision to reject Galatasaray’s proposal and stay despite his contract running out.

As revealed by Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo, Zalewski has been fully reinstated back to Ivan Juric’s disposal.

Moreover, Biafora confirms that Roma and the player seem to have mended their relationship as the player’s agent has already held talks over the contract renewal.

There is confidence that Zalewski’s deal with the club can be extended.
