Roma look for buyers for Bryan Cristante
No one is untouchable this summer as Roma consider selling some of the more expensive players on their roster.
Among these is Bryan Cristante who has been a staple of Roma’s midfield for the past six years, since joining the Giallorossi from Atalanta in 2018.
According to Corriere dello Sport, this time even Cristante is considered transferable as his salary weighs on the team’s balance sheet.
The newspaper reports that Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi has been looking for buyers on the international market.
Several teams appear to be interested in Cristante but so far the midfielder’s salary has proven to be a major obstacle in discussions with other clubs.
Roma, however, remain open and will welcome all offers until the end of the summer.
