Rob Gronkowski dressed as a leprechaun for St. Patrick's Day, crashed a bachelor party

At some point, Rob Gronkowski’s life is just an intricate game of Mad Libs.

When you hear the New England Patriots tight end was in Nashville for St. Patrick’s Day, dressed up as a leprechaun and crashed a bachelor party, are you the least bit surprised anymore?

CBS NFL writer John Breech has a bachelor party story he’ll be telling for a long time. He and his friends were out in Nashville when Gronk showed up at the bar they were at.

“After about five minutes at the bar, my brother turns to me and says, ‘Am I drunk or does that giant leprechaun over there look like Rob Gronkowski?'” Breech wrote.

Of course it was Gronk.

Breech’s story is fantastic and worth the read, and even gets a bit into Gronkowski’s retirement/non-retirement plans. Breech’s father Jim, the former longtime kicker of the Cincinnati Bengals, chatted up Gronk about his future plans, and after Gronkowski found out that John Breech was a reporter he offered on the record that he hadn’t decided on retirement but “I might play for the 69ers.” Like this entire story needed to get better.

It will be sad when Gronkowski leaves from the NFL, because he’s one of the most electrifying players in the game. But just think of all the random Gronk adventures we’ll hear about once he’s retired.
