According to the National Restaurant Association, the amount of Americans who prefer to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner at a restaurant versus at home has tripled since 2013. Many diners admit to wanting to alleviate the stress and looming clean up duties associated with a massive spread, and restaurants have taken notice. In addition to staying open during the holiday, many chains have begun rolling out prix fixe menus that resemble traditional Thanksgiving dishes.
