Report: Raiders, Chiefs interested in DeSean Jackson

The Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs are teams interested in acquiring wide receiver DeSean Jackson, according to a report from NFL.com.

Jackson was released by the Philadelphia Eagles on Friday after efforts made by the organization to trade him went unsuccessful. He had 1,332 yards and nine touchdowns in 2013.

Jackson is from California and grew up a fan of the Raiders. He was drafted by the Eagles and played under coach Andy Reid, who is now at the helm of the Chiefs.

The report also stated that wild card targets to land Jackson are the Bills and Redskins.
