Report: Gladbach reject Roma’s first offer for Manu Koné, talks ongoing

Roma’s first offer for Manu Koné was deemed insufficient by Borussia M’Gladbach.

The Giallorossi are locked in talks for the French midfielder who has already agreed to personal terms with the club.

As reported by Florian Plettenberg for Sky Sport De, Roma submitted an initial offer which was turned down by Gladbach.

The German side want at least €20 million fixed fee plus €5 million in add-ons.

Negotiations are on.

The player’s agent is in Rome right now, mediating talks between clubs. Koné can sign a contract until 2029.
