Nearly two decades later, Arsene Wenger has evolved into one of the greatest managers of the Premier League era. He has managed to finish in the top four for 20 straight seasons, staying highly competitive despite the financial pressure of building a new stadium.

However, in the wake of yet another Champions League humbling at the feet of Bayern Munich, the calls for a new regime have been growing louder. At the end of the season, it looks likely that Wenger and the Gunners board will make the difficult decision to part ways.
