Rafael dos Anjos Loses Belt, but Still Top Earner in UFC Fight Night 90 Salaries
The UFC’s tripleheader of events kicked off last week with UFC Fight Night 90: dos Anjos vs. Alvarez.
Thursday night’s event on UFC Fight Pass delivered a solid night of fights with the UFC lightweight championship changing hands from Rafael dos Anjos to Eddie Alvarez, when Alvarez took out the champ in the first round.

Alvarez scored a $150,000 payday for his efforts, but dos Anjos still lorded over the UFC Fight Night 90 fighter salaries, earning $310,000 in the loss.
The Nevada Athletic Commission released the fighter salaries on Monday.
UFC Fight Night 90: dos Anjos vs. Alvarez took place on Thursday, July 7, at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
