Exactly 12 months ago today, we were all enjoying one of the Premier League's greatest ever games.

Chelsea and Manchester played out an extraordinary 4-4 in the rain at Stamford Bridge with former City graduate, Cole Palmer, equalising for the Blues in the 95th minute.

Thankfully our friends at the Premier League have provided five minutes of highlights for us to enjoy.
