Podcast: Breaking down the 2022-23 schedule. Should the Heat feel disrespected?

The Miami Heat doesn’t need to look much further than the schedule if it’s in need of any extra motivation after finishing one win short of reaching the NBA Finals last season.

The NBA released the full 2022-23 schedule on Wednesday and the Heat is the only team among the eight that made it past the first round of the playoffs last season that’s not playing on Christmas Day this year. The Heat is also scheduled to appear on national TV (not including NBA TV) fewer times than the Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks — both teams that missed the playoffs last season.
