PepsiCo on an upswing, Wells Fargo drops, Intel shares slip

Let’s check out the Yahoo Finance charts of the day.

PepsiCo (PEP): Shares are up in early trade, at around 1.25%. Longtime PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi will step down as the top executive of the world’s second-largest food and beverage company. She will be replaced by President Ramon Laguarta.

Wells Fargo (WFC): Shares are down here, at around .71%.  According to the Wall Street Journal. Federal agencies are scrutinizing how the bank purchased tax credits meant to fund housing for low income people.

Intel (INTC): Shares down here, around 1.67%. The chipmaker was downgraded at Barclays to “equal-weight” from “overweight” due to rising AMD competition.
