The Penguins went real heavy on the yellow in jerseys they wore from 1981-1984, but these ones do not have the logo within a triangle. The triangle in these will house Sidney Crosby’s ‘C’.

The left sleeve features a CITY OF CHAMPIONS patch in a keystone design, harkening back to the city’s sports glory years of the 1970s and the recent titles won by the Penguins and Pittsburgh Steelers. The four stars represent the franchise’s four Stanley Cup titles.
