Pamela Anderson fans are saying the same thing about her sons in Netflix doc

We all think we know something about Pamela Anderson, but her new Netflix documentary Pamela, a love story released earlier this week, sets to challenge our perception of the iconic woman and tell her story in her own words.

The documentary film, directed by Ryan White, sees Pamela share her story and give unfiltered access to previously unseen footage. The film starts with her childhood and covers her early career with the covers of Playboy and starring in Baywatch, to marrying Tommy Lee, to her friendship with Julian Assange and what she's up to now.

Pamela, a love story has been produced by her eldest son 26-year-old Brandon Thomas Lee and gives a real deep dive into her relationship with Brandon and his younger brother Dylan Jagger Lee, whom she shares with ex-husband Tommy Lee.

In the film we're shown footage of Pamela pregnant with her sons, playing with them when they're younger, the letters she wrote them, and her close relationship with them today, including a very sweet scene where she shows them footage of when they were toddlers.

And viewers of the film have been loving watching the three of them together, complimenting their strong bond and how lovely her sons appear to be.

One person said: "Pamela Anderson's relationship with her sons is just beautiful, what amazing men they are. Loved the @netflix documentary. She's been through so much, been treated so badly but doesn't hold grudges and seems kind and caring towards everyone."

Another agreed saying: "The most heartwarming and moving part of #PamelaALoveStory is the love between Pamela and her sons."

And another said: "Another thing about the Pamela doc, her sons seem really lovely, she did a good job there."

Pamela's eldest son Brandon was born a year into her marriage to Tommy Lee, whom she had married after four days of knowing him in 1995.

Their second son Dylan was born in 1997 and a few weeks after Dylan was born Tommy was sent to jail for assaulting Pamela, and the couple divorced in 1998.

Despite a long custody battle, Pamela and Tommy shared custody of Brandon and Dylan, and the boys grew up in Malibu. Brandon now works as an actor and Dylan is a model and musician.

Pamela has since explained Brandon and Dylan were the ones to encourage her to share her story and in her recently released memoir Love, Pamela she called them "true miracles, considering their gene pool."

She also added: "They have been through so much, yet they are not full of holes," and explained they got her through her divorce from Tommy.

"They saved me. I don't want to put that on my kids but having children changed everything. I've loved every moment."
