Official: Roma and Rick Karsdorp part ways after 7 years

Roma have officially announced Rick Karsdorp’s contract termination.

“Roma announces it has reached an agreement for the consensual termination of the contract with footballer Rick Karsdorp,” reads the official statement.

“Having joined the Giallorossi in the summer of 2017, the footballer has made 157 total appearances with this shirt, contributing to winning the Conference League in 2022.

“I want to thank the Roma fans for these intense seasons I have played here, I have always give my all, both of my kids are born in Rome. That makes me very proud, goodbye Roma”, said Karsdorp.

The Club thanks Rick for his contribution and dedication to AS Roma and wish him and his family a bright future at their next destination.”
