When you play for a team that wins a championship, you get to celebrate as long as you want. That’s what Nick Young of the Golden State Warriors is doing, and he’ll enjoy it even if you shove a camera in his face and ask him questions about recreational drug legalization.

Swaggy P was out enjoying his offseason on Tuesday night when TMZ ambushed him and conducted an impromptu interview. Young was asked what he thought about Canada legalizing recreational marijuana nationwide, and instead he gave an answer about … cocaine?

Yup, he talked about cocaine. Here’s what he said.

“I want people to pass cocaine. Everybody needs to do cocaine!”

Since it’s not every day an NBA player proudly declares that everyone should do cocaine, Swaggy P posted a clarification on his Instagram on Wednesday afternoon.

Chill. You know I was just joking

Nick Young wasn’t serious about all that cocaine talk. He was just kidding!

Young was asked about more than just drugs by that TMZ camera guy. He was also asked about where LeBron James should sign next season. Here’s his answer, and it’s a doozy.

“I think he should stay in Cleveland so he can get all the people to Cleveland … bring Shaq, Robert Horry, Dennis Rodman, bring all the old people too. Everybody needs a ring.”

That sounds like a lot of fun. It makes absolutely zero sense and will never, ever happen, but it sounds like a lot of fun.
