Nick Nurse gets tossed for the first time as an NBA head coach

On a night that was about DeMar DeRozan, Raptors coach Nick Nurse managed to grab the spotlight, if only for a second.

The normally even-keel and cerebral coach lost his cool and found himself ejected for his first time since taking the helm in Toronto.

To be fair, Nurse’s confrontation with referee Marc Davis was relatively tame in the scheme of things, but apparently he said a little too much and that earned him his second technical of the game and sent him packing.
