Paul Byron also scored for the Canadiens (19-4-3) while Nick Foligno replied for Columbus. Montreal goaltender Mike Condon stopped 22 shots, with Sergei Bobrovsky making 24 for the Blue Jackets. - - Flyers 4, Senators 2 The Philadelphia Flyers extended their winning streak to three games by defeating the Ottawa Senators 4-2 at Canadian Tire Centre. Winger Wayne Simmonds scored the winner late in the second period, and Sean Couturier iced it with an empty-netter 1:45 from the final buzzer. Defensemen Shayne Gostisbehere and Evgeny Medvedev had the Flyers' other goals. MacKenzie had only one previous two-goal game in his NHL career, on March 12, 2011, when he was playing for the Columbus Blue Jackets against the Carolina Hurricanes. - - Predators 5, Coyotes 2 Taking advantage of loose play by Arizona defensemen, the Nashville Predators rallied with four third-period goals for a 5-2 win over the Coyotes at Bridgestone Arena. Nashville (13-7-4) capitalized on giveaways in Arizona's defensive zone, with Mike Ribeiro notching the equalizing goal at 2:33 after a bad pass by Oliver Ekman-Larsson. - - Wild 2, Blackhawks 1 Minnesota defenseman Ryan Suter scored the game-winning goal at 12:04 of the third period to lift the Wild to a 2-1 road victory over the Chicago Blackhawks at the United Center. Pittsburgh had gone 13 games in San Jose without a victory. - - Kings 2, Canucks 1 (overtime) Anze Kopitar scored the game-winning goal at 2:02 of overtime as the Los Angeles Kings earned a 2-1 victory over the Vancouver Canucks at Staples Center.
