Professional hockey is making it’s way back to The Rock, and the club’s recently released logo is a thing of beauty.

The Newfoundland Growlers, who are expected to be the new East Coast Hockey League affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs, will join the ECHL’s North Division in time for the 2018-19 season. Most importantly, they have a glorious, bad-ass hybrid dog thing as their logo.

According to the team’s Twitter account, its emblem, “is a Newfoundland dog — a large working dog who is known for their size, strength, intelligence and loyalty. The dog in the logo is fierce and stoic to represent the pride and resilience of our province, and our reputation of never backing down from a challenge.”

Damn. That’s definitely a good boy. I’m sold.
