Netflix announces the films and shows coming in September, 2020

September looks set to be another blockbuster month on Netflix UK as the streaming service has started to announce the films and shows – original or otherwise – coming next month.

It’s a strong month particularly for Netflix Original titles with Enola Holmes, The Devil All The Time, I’m Thinking of Ending Things, Love, Guaranteed, and The Babysitter: Killer Queen all to look forward to.

Beyond that you have Zack Snyder’s Watchmen, Damien Chazelle’s First Man, and David Gordon Green’s Halloween all landing at some point during the 30-day month.

On the TV front you can expect to binge on Away, a new astronaut drama starring Hilary Swank, The Duchess from Canadian comic Katherine Ryan, and Ratched, the One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest prequel from Ryan Murphy.

The Devil All The Time - 16 September

Enola Holmes - 23 September

England, 1884 – a world on the brink of change. On the morning of her 16th birthday, Enola Holmes (Millie Bobby Brown) wakes to find that her mother (Helena Bonham Carter) has disappeared, leaving behind an odd assortment of gifts but no apparent clue as to where she’s gone or why. After a free-spirited childhood, Enola suddenly finds herself under the care of her brothers Sherlock (Henry Cavill) and Mycroft (Sam Claflin), both set on sending her away to a finishing school for “proper” young ladies. Refusing to follow their wishes, Enola escapes to search for her mother in London.
