Musician Gavin DeGraw face-plants after singing anthem at Predators game

Musician Gavin DeGraw learned the hard way that anthem singers must take a direct line in, and a direct line out when lending vocals to the moments leading up to puck drop at a hockey game.

Following his rendition of the American national anthem before the Nashville Predators and Dallas Stars met in Game 5 of their first round series, DeGraw took a bad route back toward the Zamboni entrance while playing up to the crowd, and paid dearly for it.

Ouch.

Fortunately, DeGraw was fine. And he took his poor stride, well, in stride, with this Facebook post:
