MLB playoff predictions 2017: Who we think will win the World Series

The Cleveland Indians: We either have no faith in them or we have all the faith in the world.

This year, it’s the latter. You might recall — especially those of you with 216 area codes — that last year, not a single person on our prediction panel picked the Indians to get out of the first round of baseball’s postseason. And we saw how that worked out. They made the World Series. Sorry, Cleveland.

This year, it’s quite the opposite. As you’ll see below, we’re unanimous in our belief that the Indians are going to win the World Series. We feel compelled to say “Sorry, Cleveland” again for some reason. (Although last year more than half of our panel did choose the Cubs to win it all.)
