'Mitoma is exciting to watch and will be a real success'

Former England midfielder Izzy Christiansen highlighted Kaoru Mitoma as one of the standout performers in Brighton's 3-0 win over Everton on Saturday.

Christiansen believes the Japan international "will be a real success" for the Seagulls this season under new manager Fabian Hurzeler.

"Brighton were fantastic in the attacking half in particular," Christiansen told BBC Radio 5 Live's Monday Night Club. "The wingers were brilliant - they looked sharp, slick and created good chances.

"Mitoma is so exciting to watch and I think he will be a real success for Brighton this season."
