Melania Trump's FLOTUS hat sends internet ablaze

In case you needed reminding, Melania Trump is indeed FLOTUS.

The first lady sent the internet ablaze -- hours after sparking uproar for her stilettos -- when she landed in Corpus Christi wearing a black hat with "FLOTUS" emblazoned on the front. Melania and President Trump are currently in Texas to assess the damage done by Hurricane Harvey in its aftermath.

Melania looked like she was in good spirits, despite the backlash over shoes, in a white button-down, black trousers and a pair of white sneakers as she exited Air Force One.

The internet has definitely taken notice of her statement-making accessory -- and the responses on social media have varied.

Barstool Sports called Melania's hat a "baller move," while The Daily Edge called it "awkward."

The former model definitely took a page from President Trump's style book as he is often photographed wearing some of the hats sold on his personal website.

On Tuesday, President Trump donned a white hat with "USA" embroidered in black lettering. While the president's hat is currently available on his website for $40, Melania's "FLOTUS" hat has yet to hit the catalog.
