Matthijs de Ligt scores debut goal in rollercoaster half for Man Utd 🎢

And the south coast club really should have gone ahead on 31 minutes after the brilliant Tyler Dibling was fouled inside the penalty area.

Cameron Archer was the man who stepped up to give Russell Martin’s men the lead. The striker though, saw his effort saved by Andre Onana down to the goalkeeper’s right.

Then, just moments later, Bruno Fernandes crossed sensationally for Matthijs de Ligt to head in his first ever goal for the club.

It’s been all Southampton here, but United won’t mind right now.
