Maryland to wear black and gold throwback uniforms for homecoming (Video)
In honor of the 125th season of Maryland football, the Terps will wear special throwback uniforms on Oct. 28 against Indiana for homecoming.

The uniforms are inspired by the look of Maryland football in the 1940s when the Terps wore black and gold.

The Under Armour combination features white stripes down the side of the pants and numbers on the helmet. It’s definitely a unique look.

Maryland, coming off a 6-7 record in 2016, will open the 2017 season on the road against Texas. The Terps are entering their second season with D.J. Durkin as head coach.
