LSU running back Derrius Guice made Christmas extra special for one fan.

Back in October, Alexis, a young LSU fan, asked Santa for an autographed football from Guice for Christmas. Guice did more than just sign a football. He personally delivered the signed football to 10-year-old Alexis at her home in Mandeville, about an hour from Baton Rouge, on Christmas Eve.

How cool is that?

Guice, a Baton Rouge native, is in the middle of preparing for the Citrus Bowl with his LSU teammates. The Tigers, 9-3 and ranked No. 17 in their first season with Ed Orgeron as head coach, will play No. 14 Notre Dame on New Year’s Day in Orlando.

It could be Guice’s final game in an LSU uniform. The junior has 2,976 yards and 29 touchdowns in his career, including 1,153 yards and 11 touchdowns this season.
