Love Island winner Dani Dyer has shared her support for her partner Jarrod Bowen following his team's Europa Conference League win.

Footballer Jarrod currently plays for Premier League club West Ham, which secured its first trophy since 1980 with the help of Jarrod's winning goal in the final against Italian side Fiorentina.

Taking to Instagram after the win, Dani posted a photo of her TV showing Jarrod's post-match interview. "So proud," she wrote alongside a string of emojis.

Dani had wished Jarrod good luck for the final earlier in the day, sharing a sweet picture of their newborn daughters alongside their older brother all dressed in the team's maroon kit.

Meanwhile, Dani's father — actor and known West Ham super-fan Danny Dyer — also shared his own sweary post celebrating Jarrod and the team's win.

Last month, Dani and Jarrod became parents together after welcoming twin daughters Summer and Star on May 22. Dani also has a son, Santiago, from a previous relationship.

She recently opened up about the new dynamic as a bigger family.

"It's been amazing watching santi be a big brother he has melted my heart in ways I couldn't imagine and he just feels like such a big boy all of a sudden," she wrote in an Instagram post.

"My heart feels so so full and so excited for our journey together as a family of 5."

The 2018 Love Island winner is also set to make her return to TV, fronting in an upcoming documentary on anxiety and motherhood for E4.

In Dani Dyer: Is This Anxiety?, the reality star will reflect on her journey as a parent as well as the stigma around postpartum mental health and the pressure to be a 'good mum'.

Dani Dyer: Is This Anxiety? is set to air on E4 and All4 soon.
