The transfer race for Eintracht Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush is heating up as the 25-year-old continues to shine in the Bundesliga this season. However, one team has made it clear they won’t be overpaying for the Egyptian international.

Last month, TBR Football reported that several Premier League giants—Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Newcastle United—are closely watching Marmoush. He’s also attracting interest from European heavyweights like Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan, and Atletico Madrid.

German outlet Fussball News suggests that Eintracht Frankfurt might be willing to part with their in-form striker for a fee of around €60 million (£50 million or $64.8 million).

Bayern Munich reportedly aren’t willing to spend £50 million on Omar Marmoush. However, Christian Falk has highlighted that Liverpool are “hot” on the trail, while the Bundesliga giants appear to be sitting this one out.

“Bayern have him on their list, they actually had him in their sights a little more for 2026, but the price could go up to €60 million (£50 million/$62.5 million),” he said on the FC Bayern Insider podcast.

“Bayern don’t want to spend that much money on this player profile, they need a real striker up front. For Marmoush they would have to change the system of play a bit. But he would fit in elsewhere, at Liverpool FC, for example. Mo Salah has made a strong case for him. So, Marmoush and Liverpool are hot. Bayern are a bit cold at the moment.”

Marmoush has scored 14 goals and recorded 10 assists in 16 appearances across all competitions this 2024-25 season for Frankfurt.
