'Emily in Paris' stars Lily Collins and Ashley Park.

Lily Collins is sending love and healing to her on-and-off-screen bestie as Ashley Park as Emily in Paris begins filming its fourth season.

Early Friday, Park revealed on Instagram that she had been hospitalized for a bout of septic shock resulting from tonsillitis that “spiraled” and infected several of her organs since the bacterial inflammation first hit her system in December.

Park, 32, gave an update in her caption: “I am grateful that my health has improved despite what we had initially been told.”

Collins, 34, offered words of support to Park in the comments section on Park’s post, writing, “I can hardly look at these without crying. I love you sister and I’m forever grateful you’re on the other side of this and [Paul Forman] for your incredibly huge heart and for being there every step of the way. I cannot wait to hug you both.”

But Collins still had to keep her head in the game — around the time of Park's post, she posted a photo Instagram in which she was holding the script from the first episode of season 4

“Did someone say Saison Quatre?!" she wrote. "Finally reunited with my @emilyinparis fam back in Paris and it feels so good. Although I may need to brush up on my selfie skills for Emily’s sake.”

It's unclear how Park's recent health scare will impact filming on season 4, for which no release date has yet been announced.

Though the season 3 finale saw a possible end to the romance between Park and Forman's characters, the actors' off-screen relationship was a source of comfort as Park faced this health crisis.

Her post on Friday featured several tender photos and a video in which Forman care for his love in her hospital bed.

“You calmed my fears and held me through ambulances, three foreign hospitals, a week in the ICU, scary ERs, countless scans and tests and injections, excruciating pain, and so much confusion all while we were alone on the other side of the world far from those we know,” she wrote. “I love you Paul. More than I can ever say.”
